Your score for Tokyo Sonata excites me a great deal. I know you haven't been a fan of Kurosawa, but I've been a huge admirer of his for years (even Barren Illusions which I remember you loathed). Seeing such a positive score come from someone who hasn't much dug the man's work is highly encouraging.
